## Overview

Lektra is building the infrastructure layer that connects two underutilized resources: excess solar energy from distributed sites and the exploding demand for GPU compute. By placing GPU servers at solar installations, Lektra eliminates the energy transport losses of centralized data centers and lets solar owners monetize capacity that would otherwise be curtailed or sold back to the grid at commodity rates.

The company holds three USPTO patents covering its core Energy Operating System (EOS), microgrid-powered distributed computing, and multi-processor distributed energy computing.

Formerly operating as Ava Energy, the company rebranded to Lektra in 2025.
